Mission:Hike loves provide opportunities for like-minded people to get together and hit the trail. While we keep everyone’s well being and safety as a top priority, we are not responsible for anything that happens out on the trail. By participating you are agreeing to all of the following: 

I understand that outdoor activities, such as hiking, can be dangerous and that the dangers inherent in such activities, including but not limited to exposure to severe weather, encounters with dangerous animals, equipment failure and misuse of equipment by myself and others, could result in my suffering serious bodily injury and/or death and I HEREBY: RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT Mission:Hike, its Leaders and/or participants in any activities and or any of the individual organizers or members of the Group, or hold them in any way responsible for any injuries, incidents or other problems to both person, property and schedule.

• Please be mindful that Mission:Hike is not providing gear, food, or camping necessities for this Backpacking Meet-Up. If you have questions about gear needed or need help regarding gear please contact us!
• Please make sure that you are in good hiking condition before you hit the trail. Check with your doctor if you have any doubts. 
• Verify any advice you are given before you go! You are responsible for knowing and abiding by all park rules, regulations, procedures, and conditions. 
• Children 18 years old and younger MUST be accompanied by an adult.
• Guests are welcome as long as they have read, understand, and agree to the Legal Liability agreement. 
• Dogs are permitted on most of our hikes if the location allows, but they MUST be kept on a no more than 6 foot leash and remain under the owners control. You are required to clean up after your pet. 
• We take pictures on some of our group hikes and share them to our Mission:Hikes Facebook Page, website, and Instagram. By joining in our photos you are agreeing to allow your image to be posted to those platforms. If you wish not to be included in the group pictures, please let your Leader know at the start of the hike and we will try our best not to capture and post you.
